"Due to a rapid change in direction Cognition was forced to undergo a major rebranding exercise, including everything from brand image and website through to business cards. Timing was crucial, which was problematic due to the time of year - the run up to Christmas!

Although we had an idea of the look and feel of our brand we had little in the way of hard image or indeed web site structure to give as a brief.... The major and critical element of the brief was time, we needed our web site and marketing literature up and running before the Christmas break.

Orme Creative had come highly recommended through a business colleague, so we contacted them on Tuesday 12th December with the hopeful request that they would be able to create our brand and have a web site live in quick time.

Both Nick and Karen were extremely responsive to our brief. They understood the time constraint, but more importantly they got to grips with what our company did and the way in which we wanted to come across. Nick’s pragmatic approach to the creative elements of branding and structuring of the web site made us feel confident that we would get the delivery of a professional service within the limited brief submitted.

On Friday 20th December I was able to send a general email to existing and potential clients informing them of our new web site from a rebranded email address. The response to the  both the rebrand and the web site has been excellent. The web site is sharp, fresh and well presented and easy to navigate, Nick has also had the foresight to build in the ability to expand the site as we develop our proposition. With the initial literature that we sent to Nick and Karen they have done an outstanding job in turning that into clear and understandable english that follows a logical sequence throughout the web site.

Our company specialises in the execution of strategy in an effective and timely manner. Orme Creative ensured that with the delivery of our own branding we lived up to our own principles.
